Instructions for Burning: Allow enough time for the wax to melt completely to the edges of the container to prevent "tunneling". Trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting. Use in ventilated area and free from drafts. Only burn candle on a level, fire resistant surface. Never burn more than 4 hours at a time. Stop use when only 1/2 inch of wax remains.

Color Retention: Each colored candle is unique and will continue to blend and/or lighten as the candle ages. Recommended to prolong color intensity - do not display for long periods of time in higher intensity lighting, sunlight or fluorescent. Also, because soy wax is naturally an opaque white color and continues to cure some dye colors and combinations will blend - example reds may turn pink and blue/yellow combinations may turn green.

Extinguishing: Ideally you want to use a wick snuffer to extinguish flame.

Candle refilling: It is not recommended to refill candle containers.

All candles are made from 100% Natural Soy Wax Blend (no paraffin wax), Cotton Wick and Phthalate Free Fragrances

Instructions for use: Do NOT add water. Do NOT melt on stove top or in non-approved appliances. Use only in well ventilated areas away from flammable materials. Discontinue use if dish contains less than 1/2 inch of wax.

To prevent Fire or Injury: Remove packaging before use. Use only in tea-light warmers or UL listed electric warmers approved for wax melts. Read and follow all instructions provided with your warmer before use. Do NOT leave melter unattended while in use. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Instructions for use: Place in car, dresser drawers and closets. Each sachet is reusable - inner pouch can be replaced typically after 4-6 weeks of use.

Precaution: Keep out of direct sunlight and out of reach from small children. Not for consumption.

Precaution: Although skin safe do not use as a body mist or other skin care product. Test before using on linen, upholstery and hardwood floors. Not for consumption.

All fabric items are cotton or a poly cotton blend. Machine washable and should be air dried. Iron on low temperature setting.

Hand to Heart, LLC shall not be responsible for any injury and/or damage related directly or indirectly to product use.

Please inspect items as soon as they arrive and notify Hand to Heart, LLC within 14 days of receipt with any concerns regarding returns, exchanges or damages. Image documentation of damaged item(s) is required and can be e-mailed (not text) to h2hcandleco@gmail.com. Returns and exchanges will be accepted if item(s) is/are in resaleable condition - new and unused. Shipping for returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds will be processed back to original form of payment. Please allow up to 15 days for refunds to post back to your account once the item is received, inspected and approved. Confirmation of receipt/refund will be sent by e-mail.

Orders placed on Sundays - Wednesdays will be ready for pick up that Saturday after 9:00am. Orders received on Thursdays - Saturdays will be ready on the following Saturday after 9:00am.

Shop hours: Sat, 9:00am - 4:00pm, closed on event days. Refer to social media pages for event announcements. Contact ahead for times outside of shop hours and I will accommodate other pick up times.

Orders will be prepared on weekends and mailed out on Mondays. Candles and wax melts will melt in warm temperatures. Please select a delivery address that can receive orders immediately so package is not left outside or in mailbox. Delivery time will vary on postal carrier. Package tracking will be available once package label is created and received by postal carrier. Lost or stolen packages will not be replaced. Preferred carrier is USPS.
